Day 1 (9g net carbs, 1265 calories, 132g fat, 88g protein)
- Breakfast: Coffee with 2 Tbsp Heavy Cream, 3-inch square sausage and spinach
- Lunch: 1/2 cup simple egg salad, 4 Romaine Lettuce Leaves, 2 slices cooked bacon
- Dinner: 3/4 cup easy cauliflower gratin, 6 oz rotisserie chicken, 2 Tbsp Caesar Salad Dressing (sugar-free), 2 cups chopped romaine lettuce
Day 2 (13g net carbs, 1197 calories, 119g fat, 78g protein)
- Breakfast: Coffee with 2 Tbsp Heavy Cream, 2 pcs cooked bacon, 2 cream cheese pancakes
- Lunch: 1 Italian sausage link, cooked and sliced, 3/4 cup easy cauliflower gratin,
- Dinner: 1 1/2 cup chili spaghetti squash casserole, 2 cups raw baby spinach, 1 Tbsp ranch dressing (sugar-free)
Day 3 (12g net carbs, 1217 calories, 126g fat, 88g protein)
- Breakfast: Coffee with 2 Tbsp Heavy Cream, 3-inch square sausage, and spinach frittata
- Lunch: 2 cups chopped romaine lettuce, 2 Tbsp Caesar Salad Dressing, 1 cup chopped leftover chicken

It has become a trend to have low carb meals everyday, but is it actually right to cut down the carbohydrates from your diet totally?
ReplyDeleteI think that is not a wise thing to do even though there are some particular people who can do that, for example Monks. Cutting down carbohydrates totally will make you lose weight fast like in "water diet", but the possible risks may follow you later on. Thus, I do not recommend you to do that.
